We are always looking forward to you best products at best prices that continue our relations all time abides with your love! We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are here to help remedy those problems.

Our complete customer satisfaction program ensures that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • 1. The item may be damaged during transit.
  • 2. there might be a manufacturing defect.
  • 3. that a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.

Procedure for returning Hayesa products:


If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email hayesacare@gmail.com within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed.

The shipping charges which is required while returning product to us is borne by the customer itself.

Once Hayesa customer care team will approves your return request, then you will receive a refund as a credit points in Hayesa’s wallet which can be used to purchase some other product in future.


Return Conditions


  • Product should be unused or should not be tampered by you.
  • Hayesa does not provide reverse pickup facility. So, it is mandatory for customer to self-courier the product to our warehouse after receiving returning instructions from our customer care team.
  • Returns are not accepted which are sold during promotional offers.
  • Once Hayesa customer care will received the return product at warehouse, Hayesa customer care representative will issue credit points in your Hayesa’s wallet after deducting a nominal charge for order processing.
  • Products which you want to return must be in unused condition with original packing. Before returning/exchanging the items, please make sure that products are returned with the original condition and packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund will only be issued only after through a quality check of the product.
